Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused or unopened condition along with all packaging.
  • We will gladly accept/return Items that are in their original unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You have 14 calendar days after receiving the order for the return.

  • All markdown items are final

 


RETURN PROCESS

1. Email hello@kaas-us.com with subject “Return Request: [ORDER NUMBER]” and the following information:

    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photo/video showing the item and intact packaging/tamper seal

2. If we approve your return request, you are responsible for the original shipping charges 

3. Process the return package with your preferred carrier and provide hello@kaas-us.com with the tracking number, under the same “Return Request” email thread.

4. Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 2-5 business days for inspection and processing.

5. After approval, your bank/payment provider typically posts the refund within 3–10 business days. We will email you a confirmation once issued.

Note: original and incurred shipping charges are non-refundable.


 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If your order arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 business days of delivery at hello@kaas-us.com with photos/video. We will take care of it and provide any necessary prepaid label or replacement instructions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns if candles have been lit.

We do not accept returns on sale items
