What makes your candles different?

Our candles are intentionally crafted to do more than smell good. Each one is designed to set a mood-clean-burning, slow-melting, and layered with fragrance that feels warm, intimate, and elevated. They’re made to live beautifully in your space and feel just as good when lit.

What wax do you use?

We use a clean-burning coconut, soy, beeswax blend. It burns slower, cleaner, and more evenly than traditional paraffin wax, with minimal soot and a smooth finish.

Are your candles safe and non-toxic?

Yes. Our candles are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and made with high-quality fragrance oils designed for clean burning when used as directed.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size, but on average:

• Large candles: up to 60+ hours
• Medium candles: 40–50 hours
  Proper candle care helps extend burn time.

How should I care for my candle?

For the best burn:

• Trim the wick to ¼” before each use
• Let the wax melt fully across the surface on the first burn
• Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time

This keeps the flame clean and the burn even.

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so subtle variations in wax texture or finish are natural and part of the process. No two are exactly alike.

Will the scent be strong?

Our fragrances are designed to be present, not overpowering. They fill the room softly and evenly-meant to linger and layer into your space rather than dominate it.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Return request is submitted within 14 business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. All markdown items are final

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, within the U.S. only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Our candles are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Can I send your candles as a gift?

Absolutely. Our candles make the perfect gift. You can include a note at checkout, and all orders arrive in minimal, elevated packaging ready to give.

How do I know which candle is right for me?

Do you restock sold-out scents?

Some scents are limited and may not return. We recommend joining our email list to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.
