I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your product. At (KĀ ÄS), we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their products. Please email email@example.com within 15 days of your purchase. We look at exchanges case by case.
- Unhappy with the scent? We are more than happy to exchange your purchase for another one.
- To receive an exchange, items must be returned in new and unused conditions with the original packaging and accessories.
- Will not accept any candles that have been lit.
(KĀ ÄS) does not cover shipping costs.
All items are processed and shipped from Houston, Texas. Items that are in stock will ship between 2-3 business days.
Standard shipping will take between 7-10 business days.
